Vaigai Puyal Vadivelu’s next film - Indralogathil Na Azhagappan!

A new historical and mythological figure Narada based story about ‘Indiralogathil Na Azhagappan.’ is on the production. Starring Vadivelu as the hero, the story is partly from puranam and partly historical. That is, one half of the film takes place in Indiralogam and the other part on earth. For filming the segments on Indiralogam, grand sets have been put up by art director Thota Tharani at Prasad Studios. It is supposed to be inspired by the 1939 film "Rambayin Kaadhal."

SuperStar Rajinikanth's Next film:

Next film for Rajinikanth is "SULTAN-The Warrior". An animated film. Directed by his Second daughter Soundarya. Music directed by A.R.Rahman. It is expected on screens at the end of 2008.

Death of JEEVA:

Unnale Unnale director "Jeeva" died on 26.6.07 due to heart attack in Russia. He went Russia for shooting his next film "Dham Dhoom" starring Jeyam Ravi. Shooting was almost over on 25.6.07. The team has planned to return Chennai on 26.6.07 also they had booked the ticket's too. Un-fortunately on 26th morning he got severe heart pain. Famous Doctor's were tried to save him. But......... Our Tamil cinema group took steps to bring his body. A great loss for Tamil Cinema.

Kamal's Dasavatharam:

K.S. Ravikumar’s grand venture Dasavatharam features Kamal Haasan in ten different characters; Asin in the female lead, plays a dual role.

One of Kamal’s characters takes us back to the 12th century. Ranga Raja Nambi role is played by Kamal Haasan and Kulotungan by Napolean. The whole shoot was completed in Chidambaram and they used as many as two dozen elephants and horses.

His next character is a scientist. The research centre where he works is set up in America where they got permission with great difficulty. Eight out of the ten characters have been completed.

Mallika Sherawat is also featured opposite Kamal Haasan in a song sequence along with twenty other american beauties.

They have used 80 cranes for the shoot. The whole song sequence was shot in Malaysia and there had to be huge security to control Kamal's fans in Malaysia .

Trisha as Prakash Raj's daughter:

The latest buzz is that Trisha has signed for her next project produced under Prakash Raj's banner and directed by Radha Mohan.

After celebrating the grand success of Mozhi, Radha Mohan is back with his next project. It is said that Prakash Raj is playing the role of Trisha's dad in the movie.

The movie is all about the wonderful bonding between father and daughter.
